The buffet breakfast offered some variety.
The room was painfully hot, and the air conditioning was off, forcing us to sleep with the balcony door open. The shower was difficult to access, especially for anyone with mobility issues. To upgrade to a walk-in shower was an additional 38 euros per person per night, absurd on top of the already high costs for the room.

The hotel is very good, and it's a very good place to rest and disconnect. The breakfast is very abundant and very good. The rooms are very spacious and very clean.
spa is okay even though it's a little small, it's not explained that the spa is a place to rest and not to scream, there are people who use it as a pool to swim after the gym and make the spa's relaxation time not as comfortable and enjoyable. I think this should be controlled. We were disconnected from the room before the check out, cards didn't work and we had to go down twice to the reception to tell them so they would open the room for us. One of the days we left later and we warned so that they could make the room for us and when we returned 5 hours later, room was still not made, we had to complain and girl who made the room then did not take any trouble to make it. rest of the days they did it correctly. In general we found it to be an expensive value for money hotel.

A wonder! The hotel is exactly what we wanted: It has all the services, a delicious swimming pool and a natural beach, without many people, which can be accessed through a pool door, after walking through protected dunes for about two minutes. On the beach the hotel has hammocks (6 euros per hammock but includes a drink), awnings and a simple chiringuito (drinks and snacks) . The hotel has been renovated and is simple and modern. The room is spacious, very clean, with everything we need. The hotel staff is friendly and always willing to help. It has a buffet restaurant that impressed us with its quality (you can go full board without fear for what will be on the buffet) and two more restaurants a la carte, which are also very good. It has a cafeteria in reception where you can eat simple things at a good price. It is worth taking half board or full board as the price of the buffet is 35 euros per adult and 15 per child if paid separately. The hotel is very familiar and has a kind of camp for the kids, where they schedule many daily activities and family in the evenings. We liked it very much that, in spite of this, it is not a "suffocating" hotel. The activities don't bother you if you don't want to participate in them. It was all very comfortable and quiet. The vacation we wanted to enjoy with our little one.
We liked everything very much, but if there is something less positive to point out, it would be this:. Oliva Nova is a closed urbanization near the town of Oliva. Within the urbanization, the prices of practically everything are "agreed" and are quite expensive. An ice cream Cornetto that costs 1 Euro in all Spain, in Oliva Nova costs 3 Euros, both in the hotel and in the supermarket. The same goes for a coffee, which costs about 3 Euros. The a la carte restaurants in the hotel do not go below 100 Euros per couple, so it is quite expensive for everything not included in the package you have selected. On the other hand, the hotel rooms all have kitchens, but none of them are equipped, so you can take something simple to snack on, but not to cook or eat there, as there are not even glasses.

beautiful rooms. new decoration very successful. bathrooms very well, reception staff very attentive. The access to the beach is very good and beach is a pleasure. Great pillow menu. good idea.
They must include a sign, which is non-existent, at the entrance to the Equestrian Center Restaurant. . You must enter through a door with a single sign: A SIGNAL OF PROHIBITION OF PASSING. It cost us several calls to the reception to know that you had to go into an access signaled as forbidden . We miss one more restaurant where they serve you at table, and that is not a free buffet service. I understand that this affects costs, but when people go to an accommodation of this level, they are willing to pay for that service. Apart from the Olive Tree, which is very small and always full, you cannot eat from the menu at the level you would expect in the area. As if there were no good restaurants in the area! Last but not least. Please, a BRAND TEA! Because those of us in the Tea in a four star we take BULK TEA???

hotel is phenomenal and very well connected. Perfect to go with children, with Kids Club organized by age and many activities! Although if you don't want to leave them or they don't feel like it, they won't be bored either: a glass-type swimming pool, beach just a few minutes' walk away and feeling that they are not bothering anywhere. rooms are very complete, we stay in the Classic Suite and (although it does not say so in the description of the accommodation) has a small kitchen built into a wardrobe. However, it does not have any kind of kitchenware. We made use of almost the entire resort, golf course, spa, pool, Kids Club, restaurants... the truth is that everything is up to scratch. food was very good, as we were half board we could enjoy all the restaurants included in the resort. For dinner they were very abundant and very rich rations. Each place with a different style of food. To eat there is a shopping center that offers take away food so if you want to stay in the room and rest is also possible. beach is spectacular! sand super clean and very flat, water incredible, clean and transparent, perfect temperature, It also has a lot of CruzRoja lifeguards and several chiringuitos. The hotel staff is a 10. in reception and services. masseuse girls are a charm, hotel gives 10' massages in the swimming pool. luxury, if you want to have a relaxing experience at the spa, you can do it!
We were surprised at how late the rooms were being arranged. There were days when at 3:30 p.m. they still hadn't done it. For us who were going with two small children this was very annoying, since the little one at 15:00 was broken from sleep and we could not enter the room for her to take a nap and on one occasion we had to wait in the corridor for them to finish off... the organization in that sense surprised us to no avail.

great welcome but missing some essentials
The front desk staff greeted us warmly. Our suite offered fine sea views and a comfortable, well-equipped space. The variety of options at breakfast ensured we had a good start to each day, with both hot and cold dishes available, reflecting a good selection for different tastes.
The lack of umbrellas by the pool limited our ability to relax comfortably on sunny afternoons.

In general I think it is all very balanced, location, all services very centralized, restaurants of a high level, treatment of the staff enviable for me. On behalf of my family, congratulations to the whole team for making us feel at home.
I thought the cost of the extra drinks was a bit excessive. We have to take into account that with the number of children in the complex and heat in Valencia, it is essential to drink water and juices, even ice cream for the little ones. In my opinion alcohol is the only thing that differentiates us adults from children and it is the only thing that should be extra. other non-alcoholic drinks in such a hotel should be taken by the management and thus would give much more value to the "Resort". very positive point for parents who would not have to carry boxes of milk, water and juice for the children from the supermarket.

Comfi rooms, good acces from highway, helpful staff at reception desk, private parking, excelent breakfast.
The waiter in hotel restaurant during our dinner was really horrible. It seems to me that we annoy him. I really do not understand why such an unpolite man can have a job in that kind of hotel!!!
